THE CURRENT “ARCHITECTURE”
BUILDING A HOUSE IS CURRENTLY A COMPLICATED AND TEDIOUS PROCESS. ARCHITECTURE AND URBANISM HAVE BEEN TRANSFORMED INTO HIDDEN DETAILS OF LAWS, BUREAUCRACY AND APPLICATION CRITERIA THAT CONFUSES ANYONE WHO COMES TO THEM.
OUR PERCEPTION IS THE DUTY OF THE ARCHITECT TO ACCOMPANY THE CUSTOMER DURING THIS PROCESS, ADVISING HIM AND RESOLVING THE CONFLICTS CAN MAY APPEAR. THE ARCHITECT IS NOT ONLY A DESIGN TOOL BUT ALSO BUREAUCRATIC MANAGEMENT AND ADVICE.
THAT’S WHY OUR STUDIO, PARERA ARQUITECTURA, IS A TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM THAT IS IN CHARGE OF ALL THE CONSTRUCTION OR URBANIZATION PROCESS. FROM THE PRELIMINARIES TO THE OBTAINING LICENSE, PASSING THROUGH THE DESIGN AND THE OBTAINING OF THE CORRESPONDING PERMITS. IF THE CLIENT WANTS IT, WE PARTICIPATE AS A PARTNER BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE DIFFERENT ADMINISTRATIONS IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS AND DECREASE THE LOAD SUPPORTED BY THE CLIENT.
UNIVERSALLY THE ARCHITECT IS AN ARTIST, A DESIGN TOOL. WE ARE AN ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN TOOL ADAPTED TO THE CURRENT URBAN LAW AND MANAGERS OF THE PROCESS BUREAUCRATIC ASPECTS UNTIL THE MATERIALIZATION OF THE PROJECT.

ARCHITECTURE AND ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

IN ADDITION, WE GIVE THEM THE OPTION OF VIRTUALLY LIVING THE HOUSE THROUGH 3D DIGITAL MODELS THAT SHOW YOU THE VOLUME OF THE CONSTRUCTION AND ALLOW YOU TO VISUALIZE THE RESULTING SPACES. IN THE SAME WAY, THE 3D MODEL ALLOWS YOU TO MODIFY THE AESTHETICS OF BUILDING UNTIL THE POINT OF REFLECTING THE EXACT MATERIALS CHOSEN.

URBAN PLANNING AND POSSIBILITIES ANALYSIS
We elaborated a similar document to the “urban identity card” that consists of the current applicable regulations adapted to the land or building in question that clarifies the urbanistic situation of the building and the constructive possibilities.
